Historically there has existed a knowledge about the lands where an interplay and respectful relationship between humans and nature was marked by reciprocity of giving and taking. During this food journey we are invited to listen and learn with herbs and berries.
Through food craft, Eva Gunnare introduces us to a way to seeing and understand the lands.
Eva Gunnare works as a cultural guide and food creator with Jokkmokk as her starting point. In 2010 she was educated in Sámi food under the leadership of Greta Huvva at Sámij åhpadusguovdásj (the Sámi Education Center). Since 2011, Gunnare runs Essence of Lapland.
The workshop is part of the seminar Earthed Imagination.
